Head, Customer Experience & Fulfilment

Linda Nzekwe is a customer experience leader with 15 years of expertise in Customer Service, Operations and Business Development, gained across organizations including MP Infrastructure, UPS Nigeria, Speedaf Express, and MVXchange. She currently heads Eterna’s Customer Experience & Fulfilment division, driving data-driven strategies, process optimization, and customer-centric innovation.

She holds a BSc in Sociology from Enugu State University of Science & Technology and a Master’s in Public Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria. Linda has further sharpened her expertise through executive programs at Lagos Business School and Regenesys Business School, and is a full member of both the Institute of Professional Managers & Administrators of Nigeria and the Institute of Customer Service of Nigeria.

Formerly Vice-President of the Millennial Business Resource Group (BRG) at UPS Nigeria, Linda led Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and skill-building programs for young professionals. Across her roles, she has championed data-driven strategies, process optimization, and customer-centric innovation, ensuring alignment between company goals and customer expectations.

Her leadership style is rooted in people-first principles, empathy, and inclusive growth, while her operational approach focuses on measurable performance improvement, cost efficiency, and customer loyalty. Recognized through multiple awards and commendations for outstanding customer service, business growth, and operational excellence, Linda continues to drive lasting impact.
