Dr. Akinwande Ademosu

Dr. Akinwande Ademosu is a transformational business leader with over 20 years of experience in banking, consumer finance, retail, and entrepreneurship. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Bravewood Financial Services, Chairman of the Board-Eterna Industries Limited, and President of the Finance Houses Association of Nigeria.

Formerly MD/CEO of Credit Direct Limited (2006–2023), he facilitated over ₦226 billion in loans to individuals and SMEs, driving financial inclusion and sector innovation. He has mentored over 25,000 youths through his IMPACT CIRCLE, rebuilt educational infrastructure in Ogun State, and championed diversification into fintech, DeFi, SME development, and alternative energy.

Recognized with multiple awards, including the Harvard Business School Association of Nigeria Leadership Award and Consumer Finance CEO of the Year (2018–2020), he holds a DBA from Georgia State University, an Executive MBA from the TRIUM Program (LSE, HEC Paris, NYU Stern), and has completed the Harvard Business School General Management Program.
