Bunmi Agagu

Bunmi Agagu-Adu is a collaborative business leader, consummate energy attorney, corporate governance practitioner and results-focused business executive with over 18 years of experience.

She began her journey with Eterna Plc as a graduate trainee then grew into the role of Corporate Affairs & Legal Officer. Over the years, she has held strategic positions including Corporate Communications Manager, Head of Compliance, Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, Head of Real Estate & Non-Fuels Revenue, Head of Gas, and General Manager, Lubricants & Gas.

Currently serving as Executive Director of Eterna Plc and Managing Director of Eterna Industries Limited, Bunmi drives growth and ensures the sustainable execution of Board strategy. Her expertise spans corporate governance, people management, commercial negotiations, dispute resolution, business and legal writing, and intellectual property.

She is a law graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. Bunmi is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK and Nigeria) and holds an MSc in Corporate Governance from Leeds Beckett University, UK. She has completed executive programs at Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School.
