Arinze Mbanusi

Mr. Mbanusi joined the company in June 2023 as Technical Manager, Lubricants with the responsibility for supporting the lubricants sales team (with core focus on B2B) at Eterna in the scope of business development, client acquisition, and field engineering support.

He has over a decade of experience in the downstream sector of the oil industry in Nigeria, having worked with companies like Conoil Plc, MRS Oil Nigeria, 11Plc (previously Mobil Oil Nigeria), and Ardova Plc. Primarily in lubricants (B2B and Technical), he has also worked in Retail and Commercial divisions in the industry.

Most recently, Mr. Mbanusi was reassigned as Head Chemicals Business at Eterna Industries Limited, with the mandate of driving the growth and development of the chemicals business portfolio in the Company. The role reported to the MD-EIL and supports the Company’s investments decision in the chemicals space while providing support to functions including Procurement, QA/QC, Trading, logistics etc. and directly interfaces with external stakeholders such as chemicals manufacturers and suppliers, customers, government agencies etc.

Mr. Mbanusi graduated with B. Eng degree in Chemical Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in Anambra State, Nigeria. He also has an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, Wales in the UK.
