His core expertise spans lubricant operations, technical sales, marketing, additive selection, plant operations, and product formulation. Ademola has successfully led cross-functional teams, executed strategic lubricant campaigns, and launched high-performance products across diverse markets. He is proficient in tools such as SAP, HYSYS, Oracle, and Linux, with a strong background in inventory and quality control systems.

Ademola has held pivotal roles at top industry firms including Quest Oil Group, Pacegate Ltd, Forte Oil Plc, and Oando Plc, where he consistently delivered commercial growth, enhanced product performance, and solved complex technical challenges. Notable achievements include generating ₦170M in annual profits from new accounts, assisted in Launching relatively unknown lubricant additive into the Nigeria Market, and implementing predictive maintenance programs through oil condition monitoring.

With degrees in Engineering and an MBA, Ademola combines technical depth with business acumen. He is a COREN and NSE member and was recognized as Oando’s Best Lubricant Sales Engineer in 2012.
