Pamela Nwocha

Mrs. Pamela Nwocha is the Managing Director of Eterna Industries Limited and a seasoned commercial and business transformation executive with over 19 years of experience in Nigeria’s downstream oil and gas industry. Her expertise spans commercial leadership, industrial sales, business development, customer relationship management, operations, and strategic growth execution. 

Prior to her appointment, she served as Head, Commercial & Industrial Sales at Eterna Plc, where she led major growth initiatives that delivered over 300% portfolio growth and more than 600% margin growth from the 2021 baseline. She also pioneered key business initiatives, including the Marine Fuel Supply Business and Diesel Serve. 

Mrs. Nwocha is a Chemical Engineer with an Executive MBA and holds several professional certifications, including PMP, CBAP, and Six Sigma Belt. Widely recognised for her strategic leadership and customer-centric approach, she is committed to driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth at Eterna Industries Limited.
